Practical information

Good to know at CDG Airport

Terminals and meeting point

Charles de Gaulle has three terminals: Terminal 1, Terminal 2 (halls 2A to 2G) and Terminal 3. On arrival, your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall of your terminal, just outside baggage reclaim, holding a sign with your name. For a departure, you are dropped off in front of your airline's check-in hall.

Travel time to central Paris

Outside rush hour, allow 40 to 50 minutes between CDG and central Paris. On weekdays between 7 and 10 am or 4:30 and 7:30 pm, the A1 and A3 motorways often stretch the journey to 1 hour to 1 hour 30. Your chauffeur picks the route according to live traffic.

Flight tracking and waiting time

Share your flight number when booking: pick-up time follows your actual landing time, so a delay or an early arrival costs you nothing. The first 30 minutes of waiting after landing are included, enough time for passport control and baggage reclaim.
