2. Data collected
We only collect data strictly necessary to deliver our private chauffeur service.
Data provided via the booking form
- Identity: first and last name
- Contact: email address, phone number
- Trip details: date, time, pick-up and drop-off locations, flight number if applicable, type of service requested
- Any additional information you freely provide in the "message" field
Browsing data
- IP address, browser type, pages visited and visit date (for security and anonymous statistics)
No sensitive data (origin, health, political or religious opinions, etc.) is collected. No payment information is entered on the website: all payments are processed separately after the trip.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is used to:
- Contact you in response to a booking or quote request
- Organise and deliver the transport service
- Issue invoices and maintain compliant accounting records
- Improve service quality and handle any complaints
- Comply with our legal obligations (notably tax and VTC)
4. Legal bases
Processing is based, depending on the case, on:
- Your consent given when submitting the form
- Performance of the transport contract entered into with you
- The legal obligations to which I.G Limousines is subject
- Legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the site and the quality of service
5. Data recipients
Your data is intended exclusively for I.G Limousines and the chauffeur assigned to your trip. It is never transferred, rented or sold to third parties.
Certain technical providers (host, transactional email tool, accountant) may access it strictly within the scope of their mission, under confidentiality and GDPR compliance commitments.
6. Retention period
- Booking and trip data: 3 years from last contact, then archived in an intermediate database for the legal accounting period (10 years)
- Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (article L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code)
- Browsing data: 13 months maximum
- Unfollowed-up requests: 3 years from last contact
7. Your rights
In accordance with articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the following rights at any time:

8. Cookies and trackers
The websites iglimousines.fr and iglimousines.com use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to operate and, only with your consent, Google Analytics audience measurement cookies.
Google Analytics helps us understand site traffic, pages viewed and browsing paths in order to improve the service. These cookies are not set unless you accept analytics from the consent banner. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookies” link in the footer.
Each cookie choice is logged server-side to keep proof of consent or refusal, with a pseudonymised fingerprint of the IP address.

The site is served over HTTPS (SSL/TLS encryption). Booking data is transmitted securely. I.G Limousines implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of your data.
10. Transfers outside the European Union
Your booking data is hosted in France (OVH, Roubaix). Google Analytics data may be processed by Google Ireland Limited and transferred outside the European Union under the safeguards implemented by Google.

This policy may be modified at any time to reflect legal or technical changes. The last update date is shown at the top of this document.
